Scheduling & Deposit Policy

To ensure we can provide every customer with the highest quality detailing service, we have established the following scheduling and deposit policy.

Scheduling

All appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to properly prepare for your service, allocate the necessary time, and ensure we have the appropriate equipment and supplies available.

Deposit Requirement

A $50 deposit is normally required to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your detailing service.

Once an appointment has been confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, reschedule, or are otherwise unable to attend your scheduled appointment.

Weather Policy

Because we provide mobile detailing services, rainy weather is the only circumstance in which a deposit may be refunded.

If weather conditions make it impractical or unsafe to perform the service, we may cancel or reschedule the appointment. In the event that the appointment cannot be rescheduled due to rain, the $50 deposit may be refunded.

After Your Detail

After your detailing service is completed, we will do our best to accommodate any follow-up requests, concerns, or touch-ups within 48 hours of the completed service, subject to availability. This allows us to ensure you are fully satisfied with the results while maintaining an efficient schedule for all customers.
